The organization uses a bottom up participatory approaches to carry out its interventions.
The community participates in need identification, prioritizing, budgeting, implementation and evaluation. This continues to instill the sense of ownership and sustainability.
There are elected committees at village and parish levels which form local management structure of the community. Gender concern and local government leadership are taken into consideration in the election of these committees to ensure equal participation of women, youth and men.
The organization has staff which includes the executive director, programme director, accountant, project managers , community development workers, chiid development officers and child development assistants who work together with the elected committees to ensure effective utilization of resources and adequate delivery of services to the community.
Monthly narrative and financial reports are written in addition to the annual reports at the end of the year to relevant partners.
